MyRoping.com Terms and Conditions

MyRoping.com is a online service, owned and operated by Automated Roping Productions, LLC. Please carefully read this Agreement. By using all or any portion of MyRoping.com you agree to all the terms and conditions written in this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

Again, please note that this Agreement limits our liability and we do not provide warranties for the Service. The Agreement also limits your remedies.

Terms and Conditions
This is a contract between you and MyRoping.com (located at 7310 W. Portneuf Road, Pocatello, ID 83204, United States). We will refer to ourselves in this contract as either MyRoping.com, we, or our. You are an individual person, or you are an employee or other agent of an entity on whose behalf you are accepting this contract and by accepting this contract you represent that you have authority to bind such entity. You must provide us with complete and accurate information.
All information, graphics, audio and other contents (the Content) is owned and or copyrighted by MyRoping.com or third party providers and may only be used in accord with this limited use license. MyRoping.com is protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation, in accordance with all copyright laws.
This contract, which may be modified at any time, covers your use of MyRoping.com, and includes any other related services, content, media, updates, or upgrades. We refer to these all as the Service. You may not use the Service in a way that is against the law. You also may not use it in a way that harms us or our affiliates, service providers and/or suppliers (collectively, the MyRoping.com Parties), or any customer of a MyRoping.com Party.

Limited Use LICENSE
You may access MyRoping.com and its content only for personal and professional use. Downloading of whole portions or any portion of this site for any purpose is absolutely prohibited. Resale of a work or database or portion thereof is also forbidden. Online or other republication of Content is prohibited except for personal use. Your subscription will immediately be terminated for any violation of this license. Legal action for injunction and/or damages may also be applicable.

Fees and Payments
Myroping.com subscriptions are continuous service memberships. Once you subscribe to the service, your membership will automatically renew and your billing choice will be charged based on the subscription type you have chosen and the then standard subscription rate. Billing charges will be processed within 48 hours of your initial order or renewal date.
You may cancel by phone by calling MyRoping.com at 1-208-478-7673 prior to the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refund will be made for unused time on your subscription. You will continue to enjoy access to the subscription Service until your current subscription period has ended.
Subscription costs may be changed by MyRoping.com at any time and each renewal of your subscription will be at the then standard renewal cost for the period that you originally selected when you subscribed.

Communications and Contact Information
MyRoping.com will inform you about changes in service, subscription renewals, and new product offerings by email or phone. You may opt out of this notification service by following the instructions in any email you receive or by telling one of our phone representatives that you do not wish to be contacted by phone. For further information on our use of member information, see the Privacy Statement on the Service.

Liability Disclaimer
We make every effort to provide accurate information but you should validate any roping information with the producer to ensure the information is still accurate. The MyRoping.com Parties provide the Content and Service as-is, with all faults, and as available, giving no express warranties, guarantees or conditions. You may have additional consumer rights under your local laws that this contract cannot change. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude any implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanlike effort, and non-infringement. In no instance will the MyRoping.com Parties be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or other consequential damages including delay or failure of use, loss of data, viruses or other disabling features, incompatibilities, any matter related to the Service or Content including any third party Internet sites, third party programs, or third party conduct, or claims for breach of contract, breach of warranty, guarantee or condition, strict liability, negligence, or other tort to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Claims for breach of this contract will be subject to the laws of the State of Idaho, without reference to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state or federal courts in Pocatello, Idaho, USA for all disputes relating to this contract or the Service. All other claims, including claims regarding consumer protection laws, unfair competition laws, and in tort, will be subject to the laws of your state or country. Any claim related to this contract or the Service must be brought within one year. The one-year period begins on the date when the claim could be filed. If it is not filed, then that claim is permanently barred. This applies to you and your successors. It also applies to us and our successors and assigns.
Should you breach this Agreement we will revoke your license to use the Service and suspend your right of access. In such a case, no portion of your subscription payment will be refunded. Should we decide to suspend your subscription service for any reason other than breach, we will refund to you the unused portion of your subscription payment, which will be your sole and exclusive remedy upon such a suspension of service.

Modifications to this Agreement and the Service
MyRoping.com has the right, at its sole discretion, to modify this Agreement or the Service, including the Content of the Service, at any time. Changes in Service will be posted on MyRoping.com, or sent via e-mail, or postal mail to you. If any portion of this Agreement or any change of this Agreement of the Service is unacceptable to you or will cause you to no longer be in compliance with the Agreement, you may cancel your subscription by calling Account Services at MyRoping.com (1-208-478-7673 ). Continued use of the Service now or following posted notices of changes in this Agreement, (notice is given by changing the date of last revision), means that you have accepted and are bound by the changes.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
